Croydon Tramlink : Pictures : tram Centrale at Centrale stop

Centrale stop, looking in the West Croydon direction, on the stop's opening day. The newly installed ticket machine was not working, so Tramlink staff were on hand to issue tickets as well as give information about the stop's new services. 2553 is seen after departure but waiting for signal clearance at the pedestrian crossing immediately beyond the stop. In the background is the rear entrance of the Centrale shopping centre
