Blackpool Tramway : Pictures : route at Blundell Street, Blackpool

Looking down Blundell Street, along the single-track line from the depot (which is behind the camera) to the 'main line' at Foxhall Square. This section of track is the oldest tramway in use in the country. The line is rarely used, with trams to and from the depot normally using the double-track line to Manchester Square, but saw action recently when the track at the junction in Manchester Square was replaced. The building on the right is the Blackpool Transport office; the depot is behind the camera
