Nottingham Express Transit : Pictures : Line One at Collin Street Viaduct

Collin Street viaduct joining Middle Hill. To the left off-picture is the Broadmarsh shopping centre, and the area by the viaduct on the right may be redeveloped as part of an extension to the Broadmarsh, which could lead to a new tram stop here. The area of trees behind the end of the viaduct at Middle Hill is the remainder of the Great Central Railway alignment and the southern portal of the tunnel to Victoria Station; on the right of the picture is a section of the viaduct which once linked the Great Central’s line to Victoria with the Great Northern Railway via its London Road station
