The tram stop at Elmers End is part of the main line railway station. Trams use the bay platform which was where Elmers End–Addiscombe/Sanderstead trains used to terminate. The track has been raised so that the platform level remains the same. Access to the tram stop is through the station entrance.
There is interchange here with National Rail services to Hayes and Charing Cross/Cannon Street.
