This stop serves the new business and retail development off Queen's Drive, on the site of the Royal Ordnance Factory. The stop is by the entrance to the development at Queen's Drive, on a section of reserved track in the central reservation of the road serving the site. Towards Toton Lane, the tramway will continue along the central reservation, crossing the centre of a roundabout and then running on-street through the rest of the site.
